    David Kelly is the CEO and Co-Founder of Growth Solutions Team, a high-performance business advisory and leadership development firm dedicated to helping organizations achieve sustainable growth, stronger leadership, and measurable results. As a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, and leadership teams, David brings decades of executive leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and strategic insight to companies seeking to elevate performance and create lasting organizational impact.

    Growth Solutions Team provides advisory, consulting, leadership development, professional sales training, coaching, accountability systems, and human capital management solutions designed to help businesses align strategy, leadership, people, and execution. The firm works closely with organizations in the architectural, engineering, commercial construction, skilled trades, medical, legal, and professional services industries, helping leaders build high-performing cultures, improve strategic focus, strengthen teams, and drive profitability.

    Under David’s leadership, Growth Solutions Team has worked with thousands of business owners, executives, managers, and sales professionals to improve results, establish well-defined corporate visions, and create organizational alignment that supports long-term success. Known for a practical, client-focused approach, David is passionate about helping leaders navigate growth challenges while building organizations that are both performance-driven and people-centered.

    David began his entrepreneurial journey as a small business owner and partner with Insurance Marketing Concepts, a firm that grew to more than 400 agents before being successfully sold. He later spent the majority of his corporate career as CEO of Liberty Mortgage, where he led the company’s expansion from a regional lender operating in eight states to a nationally recognized mortgage lender serving 48 states and ranking among the top-producing mortgage firms in the nation.

    In addition to his executive leadership experience, David served as Director and Division Sales Trainer for Jani-King, an international facilities management and maintenance organization. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program on Leadership Development, further strengthening his expertise in executive leadership, organizational growth, and high-performance culture development.

    A proud Marine Corps veteran, David remains deeply committed to leadership and community service. He has been active in Rotary, served on the Steering Committee for Kentucky Kids Belong, and has served on the Foundation Board of Bluegrass Community & Technical College (BCTC).

    Barbara L. Kelly

    CMO / Sales Consultant

    Barbara L. Kelly is the Chief Marketing Officer and Sales Consultant for Growth Solutions Team, where she brings more than 35 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, executive coaching, marketing strategy, recruiting, and relationship management. Recognized for her client-focused approach and ability to build high-performing teams, Barbara helps organizations strengthen sales performance, develop leaders, and create sustainable growth strategies.

    Barbara’s career spans multiple industries, including financial services, real estate, health and wellness, technology, recruiting, and professional services. She began her career in the financial services industry with Northwestern Mutual while attending Loyola University Maryland, later expanding into residential real estate and launching her own marketing business. Over the years, she successfully developed recurring books of business, sold technical and IT services, and founded her own recruiting firm focused on the technology sector.

    At Growth Solutions Team, Barbara leads sales and marketing initiatives for the firm while working closely with business owners, executives, and sales professionals to improve consultative sales strategies, relationship selling, sales process development, leadership effectiveness, team building, and profitability. Her practical experience, combined with a strong ability to connect with people, has made her a trusted advisor to organizations seeking stronger cultures, improved accountability, and higher-performing teams.

    Barbara is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and has trained, mentored, and led hundreds of professionals throughout her career. She is passionate about helping leaders overcome challenges, maximize performance, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth.

    A dedicated community leader, Barbara has presided over the Executive Committee of NAWBO Kentucky and supports the fundraising efforts for Kentucky Kids Belong. She has also served in leadership roles with Rotary and The Exchange Club, reflecting her long-standing commitment to service and community engagement.

    Barbara and her husband, David, are proud parents of four adult children and enjoy life on their farm in Anderson County, Kentucky. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, hiking, outdoor activities, and cheering on her hometown teams, the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens.
