    David Kelly, CEO of Growth Solutions Team, is a proven resource and advisor to businesses that want to achieve new levels of greatness with their firms. GST provides businesses the advisory, consulting, leadership development, professional sales training, coaching and accountability services to support clients in their development. Growth Solutions Team under the direction of Kelly, has worked with thousands of businesses, leaders, owners, sales professionals, and managers to improve results, strategic focus, and to establish well-defined corporate visions that all stakeholders can support.

    David began his career as a small business owner and partner with Insurance Marketing Concepts. The firm of 400+ agents was sold 5 years in. He spent the bulk of his career as the CEO of Liberty Mortgage where under his leadership Liberty expanded from a regional lender (8) states to a national lender serving (48) states and was one of the top producing mortgage lending firms in the nation. Kelly has served as Director and Division Sales Trainer for Jani-King, an international facilities management and maintenance firm.

    In 2012, David retired from corporate America and started Growth Solutions. He served his country in the Marine Corps, has been active in the community through Rotary, serving on the Steering Committee for Kentucky Kids Belong and is on the Foundation Board of BCTC. He and his wife Barbara live on their farm in Anderson County and together have four children, three dogs, 25+ beef cows and way too many chickens.

  • Barbara L. Kelly

    CMO/Sales Conslutant

    Barbara Kelly began a sales career over 35 years ago. She worked as an Independent Sales Executive as well the proprietor of her own business, spanning several industries. Her career started in the Financial Services Industry with Northwestern Mutual and worked residential real estate and her own marketing firm while in school at the Loyola University in Maryland. Barb developed a recurring book of business in the health and wellness industry, sold technical services in the IT industry, then spun off and started her own recruiting firm in the same field. She has trained, consulted, and lead hundreds of professionals in her career.

    Drawing on her vast sales and relationship marketing experience, Barbara leads the charge for Growth Solutions Team, and their clients as they work toward greater sales and profitability. As a Certified Executive Coach, she helps clients overcome challenges and achieve more in their life and work.

    Barbara has a history of leadership in volunteer positions and boards including The Exchange Club, Rotary, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Board Member Kentucky Chapter and Kentucky Kids Belong. She and David are proud parents of four adult children She is a Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan and enjoys most outside activities including golf, hiking, and doing chores on their farm in Anderson County, Kentucky.

  • Beth Marciano

    Director of Administrative Management

    Beth has over 25 years of experience in operational management in the medical, legal, financial, and services industries. She started her career at Johns Hopkins and has worked with numerous businesses to develop support staff processes, operational management, and administrative competencies. As well as being a HIPAA Certified Privacy Associate, Beth is proficient in a variety of Database Management Systems/CRMs and can usually be found training key personnel on the use of those systems. Beth graduated from the University of Baltimore where she began cultivating her strong commitment to her community and currently serves on several boards and actively volunteers in her community. She has furthered her passion for volunteering by attending and graduating from Harford Leadership Academy in 2018. Beth’s role within the GST structure is to act as the point person for all areas of services delivered within the company. She and her team field requests and tasks for our Small Business Advisory and all Consulting Services clients, then efficiently connect the most appropriate resource(s) to respond.
